Huayang Maritime Centre, by means of establishing , implementing and maintaing SMS shall provide safer practices for ship operation and a safer working environment , and shall , by means of establishing precautions against all identified risks, continuously improve safety management skills of personnel both ashore and aboard. To ensure that safety of life at sea and anti-pollution measures meet mandatory rules and regulations, and recommended rules, guidelines and standards by the Organization. So as to reach objectives of safety at sea and personal health, prevention of human injury or loss of life,and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular to marine environment, and to property.
